JOB TITLE: Air Quality Project Manager - Houston, Texas

JOB DESCRIPTION/DUTIES: Perform technical duties related to air quality consulting and engineering, including, but not limited to:

· Managing multiple projects and personnel.

· Advising and assisting clients with various environmental concerns.

· Marketing new business and writing proposals.

· Tracking air quality regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Five to fifteen years of experience in the air quality field.

· Expertise in federal and Texas air quality compliance and regulations.

· Project management experience.

· Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities.

· Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills.

· Client interaction skills.

· Technical experience in the following areas:

· New source review, PSD permitting, Title V permitting, Emissions Inventories, Compliance Audits, and NSPS/NESHAP/MACT knowledge.

· Strong computer skills including experience with MS Word, Excel, Access, and Internet related applications.

EDUCATION: BS or MS in engineering or related field.

PLUSES: EIT or Professional Engineer registration
