4-Hour Fire Extinguisher and Fire Safety Training Course  This 4-hour training course is designed to fulfill the training requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Portable Fire Extinguisher Standard 29 CFR 1910.157. Employees should be trained in the basic principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with fighting insipient stage fires prior to use and annually thereafter. This course will cover:

• Distinguishing fires that can be fought
• Classification of fire types
• Hazards of fighting a fire
• Extinguishing media available
• Technique for extinguishing fires
