4-Hour Storm Water Pollution Prevention & Spill Prevention Control Training Course The goal of this course is to certify employees in the concepts of an organization's Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures Plan (SPCC).
