Zephyr develops, maintains, and supports custom, user-friendly data and information management solutions for a variety of business needs. Our objective is to build easy-to-use systems that simplify and automate data input, manipulation, and reporting. We develop systems using familiar software such as Microsoft® Excel and Access. Zephyr has developed custom data solutions to meet each client's specific requirements. These systems are most often designed to track, store, and report data both for proof of regulatory compliance and for internal tracking purposes. While Zephyr has successfully built many systems from top to bottom, we also have successfully integrated preexisting systems at client facilities in order to meet new data management objectives. All of Zephyr's systems are designed with a view to maximizing functionality and flexibility while minimizing complexity and user training requirements. Examples of the types of facilities that successfully employ Zephyr systems range from chemical and semiconductor manufacturing facilities, refineries, and electrical utilities to quality-control laboratories and high-volume auto-body painting operations. Zephyr has integrated our knowledge of regulatory issues, the client's internal requirements and solid programming skills to develop unique solutions that meet our client's data and information management needs.
