Welcome to the Portland Cement MACT Compliance System (PCMACT System)! Employing both electronic and hard copy methodology to collect, store, and report data, Zephyr has created a worry-free system that simplifies your recordkeeping and reporting requirements for compliance with 40 CFR 63 Subpart LLL, National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for the Portland Cement Manufacturing Industry (PC MACT).

The PC MACT was promulgated on June 14, 1999. Major sources and area sources in the cement industry must comply with not only emission standards, but also the monitoring, recordkeeping and reporting requirements outlined in both 40 CFR 63 Subpart LLL and 40 CFR 63 Subpart A. The PCMACT System enables you to more easily comply with the complex and cumbersome recordkeeping and reporting requirements listed in these subparts.

Using the combined power of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access, the PCMACT System provides data collection by either hard copy logs or an electronic PDA. Continuous monitoring system information for excess emissions/parameter monitor exceedences and downtimes may also be imported electronically. At the touch of a button the user can generate a report for submittal, or a data table to summarize information.
